We require a Garphic Designer who is proficient in Canva. We'd give you access to our Canva account and ask you to design 2 - 3 canva templates based on previous proposals using these core principals:
Succinct & Skimmable: Aim for 5–10 pages/slides max. Strip out dense paragraphs. Use short, punchy statements, bullet points, and plenty of white space.
Visual Storytelling: Use visual hierarchy (headings, icons, charts, callout boxes) to guide the reader’s eye. Replace big blocks of text with infographics, visuals, or simple diagrams where possible.
Client-Centric: Frame everything around their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes, not your services. A good rule of thumb: start with “You” before “We.”
Executive Summary First: Lead with a 1–2 page overview of the opportunity, your recommended solution, value proposition, timeline, and investment. Many decision-makers only read this section.
Modular / Layered Detail: Put the core narrative upfront, and tuck optional detail into appendices or hyperlinks. This lets skimmers get the gist and detail-seekers dig deeper.
Clean, Branded Design: Treat the proposal as a marketing piece — consistent fonts, brand colours, high-quality images, clear structure. Use slide decks or interactive PDFs over plain Word documents.
Conversational Tone: Write like a person, not a brochure. Aim for clarity over formality — this builds trust and makes you feel collaborative, not salesy.
