I am looking for an SEO specialist with experience to audit and refine the work of a previous freelancer. This project is not just about keywords — it requires a balance of technical SEO knowledge and an understanding the need for a refined editorial voice and copy that reads naturally.
The brand is a small fashion designer with an elegant identity. The existing work offered up by a freelancer is too focused on keyword stuffing and does not reflect the tone of a premium atelier. I need someone who can review what’s in place, correct where necessary, and provide a clear framework for moving forward, explaining what's happening each step of the way.
Note that the keywords have already been assessed and chosen and a Semrush report has been created.
Scope of Work: Audit the current SEO setup by previous freelancer.
Review page titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt tags, and on-page content for: – Correct use of the client’s target keywords: – Alignment with Google best practices (no keyword stuffing, natural, semantic use of language) – What’s working well – What needs to be revised – Page-by-page keyword focus (without repetition) – Examples of improved meta titles / descriptions / headers – Suggest opportunities for supporting content (e.g. blog topics that can carry keywords naturally).
Deliverables: – A written audit (PDF or Google Doc) with practical, actionable recommendations – Optional: updated examples of refined copy for key pages (Homepage, Atelier, Materials)
Requirements: – Excellent written English with the ability to adapt to a premium, editorial tone – Experience balancing SEO with brand storytelling and tone of voice
– Clear communicator who can present findings in polished, client-ready language
