At Hubl Coolrun (www.coolrun.co.uk) we are seeking an experienced Xero bookkeeper for a short-term setup project at our startup. Our Xero is already setup and working well, with automatic bank feeds, and we use it for VAT/PAYE/Payroll purposes. But there is scope for some improvement.
Role includes cleaning historic data, configuring invoice approval/PO workflows, creating reconciliation rules, and standardising weekly Balance Sheet and P&L templates. Must ensure VAT/PAYE schedules are accurate and that grant-related invoices are properly classified, including partial allocations.
Once setup is complete, internal staff will handle reconciliations and reporting, with only ad-hoc support required. Estimated workload: 2–5 days over one month. Prior Xero expertise essential.
