I need a custom integration of freshworks and connectwise control. I need the following functionality:
*When a asset is linked to a ticket, if that asset matches one in CW then a join button should appear on the ticket. The assetname will match the hostname of the machines in CW *The ticket should display information on that machine, such as uptime, disk usage, current logged in user, local and external IP address, online status *There should be a button called "Pull Note" which will then pull the most recent note from the CW device into a private note on the ticket.
This will be a private app, so not published to the freshworks marketplace. You will need to either use your existing CW and Freshworks setups or sign up for the free trials as I cannot provide access to our systems.
