I am seeking a skilled freelancer with expertise in WordPress development, specifically in resolving media upload issues within a local WordPress environment. My website, which is designed to be simple and child-friendly, is experiencing difficulties with MP4 files failing to load in Chrome, along with a disorganized media library. Although Safari initially functioned well, it has started encountering image upload problems as well.
I have attempted various troubleshooting methods, including clearing caches, deactivating and reactivating themes and plugins, and adjusting settings in WordPress and Elementor. Additionally, I've explored embedding via YouTube and Vimeo, decompressing MP4 files, and installing various security and media synchronization plugins.
It seems there may be an HTML input error related to image uploads, possibly due to incorrect file permissions in the wp-content/uploads directory.
