We already have the planning drawings and now need fully compliant building regulation drawings suitable for submission to Building Control and for builders to work from.

Floor plans
Sections
Elevations
Construction details
Fire strategy
Building regulations notes
We will provide the DWG site plans.
Your Proposal Should Include:
Relevant experience (especially projects that have been approved by UK Building Control)
Software used (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Turnaround time
Fixed price or hourly rate (please provide your offer)
Portfolio or samples of similar approved work
Important: Applicants must have UK property knowledge. If you have not worked on UK property design for planning and Building Control approval, please do not apply.
