Expected duration: less than 1 week I have a newly built GPU workstation (Ryzen 9 + RTX 4080/4090) that needs to be properly configured and integrated into my existing small office network in SW1, Central London.
I already have firewall, switch, and Wi-Fi gear in place. I need a freelance IT professional who can provide on-site support to:
Install and configure Ubuntu 24.04
Set up NVIDIA CUDA drivers and confirm GPU runtime for AI workloads
Join the server securely to the network (VLAN assignment, firewall rules)
Configure remote access (WireGuard or OpenVPN, RDP/SSH hardening, MFA)
Provide a handover package: network diagram, IP addressing, VPN config files, credentials, and short runbook
Requirements:
Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server administration
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and CUDA drivers
Solid knowledge of firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and remote access security
Must be able to attend on-site in SW1 (Central London)
Deliverables:
Fully configured and tested server, joined securely to the existing network
