Expected duration: less than 1 week I need a Structural Engineer to prepare a Methods Statement in support of my planning application to convert upper floors of a commercial building which is a Grade II listed Building. This is to address the concerns of the planning officer that the construction will be carried out in a symapthetic manner and a due care and consideration would be accorded to any historical features of the historically important property. We have submitted the plans ,Conservation statement but we need this methods staement Only those who have experience of this project need to bid for this . Time is of the essense.
