The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction sector and an in-depth understanding of the UK public sector bidding process. This is a flexible, hourly role focused on writing and managing high-quality, winning bids. Key Responsibilities: Full management of the tender process, from opportunity identification to submission. Writing compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposal content. Developing robust Social Value propositions tailored to UK public sector requirements. Collaborating with our technical team to ensure accuracy and high standards. Required Experience & Skills: Proven track record of winning UK government tenders in the construction industry. Expert knowledge of UK procurement portals (e.g., Contracts Finder, Find a Tender). Strong expertise in crafting impactful Social Value sections. Familiarity with construction-specific contracts (JCT, NEC) is highly desirable. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
