We've received a unique project inquiry from a client developing a medical AI call assistant. They need our help to validate its accuracy for the triage process.
This is a request to help validate the accuracy of their AI's functionality. The task involves a total of three separate calls to a UK number, with each call corresponding to a different test scenario. The scenarios are provided in English, but you will need to perform the calls in Romanian.
The entire task is expected to take a maximum of 1.5 hours, though we can raise a PO for up to 2 hours if it takes longer. This is not a linguistic assessment; your primary role is to validate the accuracy of the data captured by the AI.
Here's how the process will work: 1. You will ring the number, speak to AI using the provided scenarios. The scenario is provided in English, but you will be talking in Romanian. 2. Once the calls are completed, we will send you the Medical Request and AI Validation forms for each scenario. 3. You will then review the report and complete the assessment form based on what was captured and submitted by AI. 4. Once done, you will return the completed and signed (digital is fine) assessment form to us.
A bit more information on what the calls will look like: 1. You ring the number, the AI assistant greets you, and asks what language you would like to continue. 2. You will say Romanian (in English). 3. From this point onwards, AI and you will be speaking in Romanian, and she will first explain what this phone line is about and ask what the reason is for your call. 4. After that, all you need to do is give key information, which is provided in English.
So the experience should be similar to calling the customer service of your Bank, ISP, or similar.
We would also need you to track your time spent during the calls and assessment stage. We've already completed a pilot round for Turkish, and the process is more straightforward than it sounds.
