I am looking for a freelancer experienced with Softr + Airtable integrations to build a simple but professional web platform for my design business.
The goal:
A client-facing website where customers can submit design requests, track progress, and download invoices, with backend tools for my design team and myself.
What I already have:
Tally.io form with ~12 questions (with conditional logic) for client submissions. CSV files ready to import into Airtable (Projects, Clients, Designers, Status Updates). Photoshop mockups and brand fonts to guide homepage design. Basic workflow sketched out (submission → review → designer allocation → client approval → invoicing → final files).
What I need you to build:
Homepage – branded, clean design. Authentication – login/signup (clients + designers + admin). Client portal – clients can: Submit a design request (via Tally form, linked to Airtable). View their past + current projects. Download invoices + final files. Designer portal – designers can: Log in to see projects assigned to them. Upload drafts / confirm progress. Admin portal (my area) – I can: See all projects at a glance. Allocate projects to designers. Track progress with a simple status flow. Upload invoices / final files.
Tech stack:
Frontend: Softr (using my mockups for styling). Backend: Airtable (already structured, CSVs ready). Integrations: Tally.io form → Airtable, Softr portals.
Deliverables:
Fully working Softr website connected to Airtable. Client, Designer, and Admin roles set up. Project + invoice flows working. Handover documentation so I can manage/update later.
