We are now launching a comprehensive print‑on‑demand marketplace that will allow external creators to design and sell custom products through our platform while we continue to fulfil most orders in‑house. To stand out in a competitive market and bridge our heritage with this new venture, we need a distinctive and cohesive visual identity. While our UI/UX designer will handle usability and interface layouts, we require a specialist to develop the brand’s look and feel. Graphic designers focus on visual aesthetics—logos, typography, colour and imagery—whereas UX designers emphasise the user experience wowremoteteams.com . Scope & Objectives:
Brand discovery & mood boarding
Conduct a short discovery session to understand our vision, mission and target audience.
Create mood boards exploring themes, styles, colour palettes and typography options that align with the brand strategy.
Logo & wordmark design
Design a unique and scalable logo (symbol and wordmark) that reflects creativity, community and flexibility.
Present at least three concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Provide final logos in vector formats (SVG, EPS) and ready‑to‑use raster formats (PNG, JPG) for web and print.
Colour palette & typography
Select a primary and secondary colour palette that conveys the right personality and ensures accessibility.
Choose complementary typefaces for headings, body text and accents (web‑safe and print‑friendly) and specify sizing hierarchy.
Visual asset toolkit
Design a set of reusable visual elements for the website and marketing materials, such as:
Icons and illustrative motifs that represent product categories (apparel, art prints, accessories).
Background textures or patterns that reinforce brand recognition.
Social media templates for promotional posts and announcements.
Provide guidance on imagery style (photography vs. illustration) and mock‑ups so that future visuals remain on-brand.
Brand guidelines document
Compile all brand assets into a comprehensive guide detailing logo usage, colour codes (Pantone, CMYK, RGB, HEX), typography rules, iconography styles, and examples of correct and incorrect usage.
Include accessibility considerations such as colour contrast ratios and scalable typography.
Collaboration & handover
Work closely with the UI/UX designer to ensure the brand identity translates seamlessly into the website design.
Deliver assets in organised files with clear naming conventions and layered source files (Adobe Illustrator, Figma or Sketch) for future editing.
