Key features required:
Editable fields for property address and price
Editable icons/fields for number of bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms and the EPC score
Ability to specify whether the property is freehold or leasehold; if leasehold, include fields for years remaining, ground rent and service charge
Placeholders for one main property photo and up to three smaller images that can be swapped easily
Use tasteful icons to represent bedrooms, bathrooms, EPC and reception rooms
Deliverables:
1. High‑resolution, print‑ready PDF
2. Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva or Word) with clearly labelled layers and styles
3. Brief notes explaining how to update the template
