We are looking for a HubSpot developer to set up a few key automations for our business.
What we need:
Quote range calculation from website form – When a user fills in our pricing form on the website, the data should be sent to HubSpot. Based on their selections and total price, HubSpot should automatically calculate a quote range that is 10% below to 40% above the base price. This range should be saved to the contact record and formatted for easy use in emails.
Automated email follow-up – Once the quote range is calculated, contacts should be enrolled into an email workflow (we’ll provide the templates) that uses personalisation tokens to display their custom quote range and encourage them to book a consultation.
Automatic deal creation from meeting bookings – If a contact books a meeting of a certain type (we will provide the meeting link names), HubSpot should automatically create a deal in the correct pipeline and stage, associate it with the contact, and copy over the quote details.
Goal: Reduce manual admin, give prospects quick personalised follow‑ups, and keep our sales process organised in HubSpot.
We’d like the developer to recommend the simplest and most efficient way to do this, ideally keeping everything inside HubSpot if possible.
Deliverables:
Functional workflows set up in HubSpot.
Any necessary custom code or property creation.
A short guide on how to adjust the automation and troubleshoot common issues.
