As always, Google’s AI seems to be malfunctioning, as it repeatedly rejects our "Business Operations Verification" for the same unclear reason. True to form, Google fails to specify the exact issue, instead sending generic rejection emails without actionable feedback ...
We’ve contacted their chat support, but the assistance has been utterly unhelpful. The representatives provide no useful information and vaguely state, “Our dedicated team will get back to you.”. Even the support team appears clueless about the actual problem.
We need someone who can resolve this issue promptly. Please note: Payment to you will only be released once our ads are fully operational "after" Google approves our verification.
Here's their generic rejection email: We are notifying you that you are in violation of the Business Operations Verification program. Your Google Ads account 9919125001 will be suspended in 7 days as the business operations verification program was not successful. We need additional information to verify your account.

When you submitted the verification form, you either indicated that your company has relationships with other businesses, or a relationship was identified as part of the review but you did not provide sufficient information to help us validate this relationship.
When completing the verification form, please include details on all relationships involved in the value chain, this can include, but is not limited to:
Marketing agencies accessing the Google Ads Account. End service provider, if different. Domain owner, if different. Other parties that may be involved with the Google Ads Account (i.e, logging into the Google Ads account).
Additionally, we will need information to validate each relationship. Please submit relevant documentation such as but not limited to:
Documentation establishing proof of relationship with other brands or parties involved, such as an official agreement or contract. Document explaining the business relationship or brand owner on their company letterhead. Other valid documentation, such as an invoice or email from the other company, that helps us validate your claims.
If the above documents are unavailable, Please provide a unique identifier and verification website where the relationship can be confirmed.
