Reliable Medicare Ltd is a £20M-turnover leader in aesthetic product retail and wholesale, operating across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We are expanding into our own premium private label range (dermal fillers, skin boosters, injectables, skincare) and seek an experienced specialist to lead development from concept to market within 3–4 months.
Key focus: Full knowledge of CE certification and regulatory compliance for EU & UK markets. Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage OEM/ODM manufacturers—preferably in Europe/Asia. Expertise in accelerating product development while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your role: Oversee private label product creation, packaging, and certification. Drive brand positioning, market readiness, and competitive edge. Coordinate with suppliers, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams to meet tight launch deadlines.
Requirements: 5+ years in aesthetic beauty/medical aesthetics. Strong network of compliant manufacturers and suppliers. Track record of fast, compliant product launches. Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Project: Freelance / Consultant basis with potential for ongoing work.
