We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented video editor to join our team on a recurring basis to edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes in a polished, modern, and engaging style.
This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube pacing, has experience editing talking head content, and is familiar with basic podcast formatting. You'll be working with footage that’s mostly direct-to-camera, with occasional B-roll, animations, or graphic overlays.
What You’ll Do: - Edit YouTube videos (10–20 mins) from raw talking-head footage - Edit podcast episodes (30–60+ mins) for video and audio publishing - Add text overlays, zooms, cuts, transitions, and basic color grading - Sync audio and video cleanly for podcast edits - Follow our existing brand style while helping improve overall video flow and viewer retention - Meet deadlines reliably and accept feedback with a growth mindset
