2. Local SEO & Keyword Research Research and implement strategic keywords and hashtags for Los Angeles real estate Align terms with buyer, seller, and investor intent Apply keyword strategy across captions, titles, and searchable elements
3. Optimization of Existing Content Assets Enhance bios, titles, descriptions, captions, and tags for SEO and engagement Recommend changes to maximize discoverability without altering the content’s core
