We're seeking a highly skilled WordPress developer with strong Elementor Pro expertise and solid coding abilities to consolidate multiple division websites under one umbrella organization structure. The candidate needs to be experienced in complex site restructuring and content migration. We already have a bespoke CMS site at the domain for the umbrella company, which we will be deleting - and replacing it with the new umbrella company home page, plus the consolidated 3 divisions. We will require some help with designing the outcome website in terms of home page, as well as menu and layout. We have staging capability with our host and can use one of the Elementor Pro licenses currently in use for each of the 3 division websites we'll be consolidating.
Project Details: -Consolidate 3 existing WordPress/Elementor Pro division sites (35, 5, and 5 pages respectively) into dedicated sections of a new main 'umbrella' company website -Design umbrella company homepage and contact pages (2 pages total) to reflect new umbrella organization structure -Maintain existing branding guidelines across all consolidated content -Ensure seamless navigation between umbrella company and division sections -All content will be provided - no copywriting needed, but help with providing images for Home page necessary
Technical Requirements (Non-negotiable): -Minimum 5+ years WordPress development experience -Minimum 3+ years Elementor Pro experience with advanced widgets and dynamic content -100+ WordPress websites completed (portfolio verification required) -Expert-level PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery -Advanced WordPress customization: custom post types, ACF integration, hooks/filters -Performance optimization expertise: page speed, Core Web Vitals, caching strategies -Security hardening experience: malware cleanup, security plugins, SSL implementation -Responsive design mastery across all devices and browsers -Database management: MySQL optimization, migrations, cleanup -Plugin customization experience -Version control proficiency (Git preferred)
Specific Elementor Pro Skills Required: -Theme Builder mastery (headers, footers, single/archive templates) -Dynamic content and custom fields integration -Advanced form building and popup creation -Custom CSS for Elementor widgets -Performance optimization for Elementor sites
Project-Specific Experience: -Multi-site consolidation projects (minimum 3 similar projects) -Large-scale content migration (handling 40+ pages efficiently) -Navigation restructuring and menu optimization -SEO optimization during site consolidation -Staging environment management -301 redirect implementation for URL structure changes
Business/Professional Requirements: -Proven long-term client relationships (2+ years with same clients) -English proficiency: C1 level minimum for technical communication -Available for real-time communication during project phases -Portfolio must include business consolidation or multi-site projects
