Website Requirements: • Full website design and build tailored to the therapy sector and my brand, with a clean, professional, and welcoming feel. • Incorporation of images, videos, and a blog page for regular content updates. • Full GDPR compliance and site accessibility • Online booking system integrated with my personal (work) calendar to allow: o Booking of initial consultations (mandatory for all new clients). o Booking of ongoing appointments. o Client ability to amend/cancel appointments, subject to my restrictions (e.g., changes or cancellations within 48 hours are chargeable). • Online payment functionality for clients to pay for sessions securely • Mobile-friendly and SEO-optimised to ensure accessibility and visibility. Social Media Requirements: • Creation and set-up of professional social media pages for my business • Three months of branded content creation, tailored to my services and tone of voice, with appropriate images and captions to encourage engagement and attract potential clients. • Guidance on scheduling and best practices for ongoing posting and audience growth. Deliverables: • Fully functioning therapy website meeting all requirements above. • Branded and optimised social media accounts. • Three months of social media content, ready to post. • Handover and basic training/guidance for ongoing use of the website and social media. Additional Notes: • The project must commence in September 2025 and be completed by end of October 2025. • I am seeking an all-in-one solution from a single company or freelancer who can manage the project from start to finish. I am looking for a quote covering: 1. Website build (with booking & payment). 2. Social media set-up & content creation. 3. Any extra costs (hosting, stock images, etc.). 4. Timeline to deliver. No examples of previous work are needed at this stage. I’m looking for one all-inclusive price for the complete project.
