We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help us finalise and optimise our CRM system for a fast-growing direct-to-home food delivery business. Project Scope: Audit our current GHL setup for best practices
Complete finishing touches to automation workflows, pipelines, triggers, and calendars
Ensure lead forms and funnels are fully integrated and tested
Set up proper user permissions, tags, and segmentation
Assist in creating clean reporting dashboards for team use
Ensure mobile and desktop UX is optimised across all touchpoints
Identify any weak points or gaps and suggest improvements
Who You Are: Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please provide examples)
Solid understanding of CRM architecture, automations, and integrations
Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of workflows and lead tracking
Able to work independently and deliver within agreed timeframes
Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
Deliverables: A fully functional, clean, and optimised GHL workspace ready for scale
Documentation or Loom walkthrough of changes made
