We seek a highly skilled mobile developer to enhance our applications. The successful candidate will have extensive experience developing mobile apps using React Native and proficiency with key technologies including React.js, Python, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities include collaborating with teammates to complete backlog items and improve existing apps. Developers will design, code, and maintain apps according to requirements, integrating backend services via APIs and Firebase. Successful deployment and management of apps using Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications is essential. Thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance is expected. Participation in code reviews and advocating best practices are also important.
Qualified applicants possess proven experience building apps with React Native and strong React.js skills for interfaces. Proficiency with Python for backend coding along with familiarity using Firebase and GCP is required. Knowledge of Expo and FCM for mobile notifications is beneficial.Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical as is the capacity to communicate effectively while working remotely in an agile environment. Previous experience in agile methodologies is preferred.
