Key Features Required: • User registration and login (Landlords and Admins) • Property upload with photos, descriptions, pricing, and location • Property search and filter functionality for tenants • Secure payment processing (Stripe or similar) for landlord subscriptions • Messaging system between landlords and interested tenants • Admin dashboard to manage users, listings, and reports • Mobile-responsive design (desktop, tablet, phone) • Analytics tracking (e.g. page views, inquiries per listing) • Option to export listing and user data for future analysis/monetisation
