I need help getting WPBakery working on it. I have paid and installed the licence but comes up with.

I would like some custom animations created and about 15 pages created including the homepage.
I will provide direction on how I want the pages to look. - I am big into design and consistency across the website, and I'm very particular with how it will look. You should have an eye for design and detail.

Key tasks as listed in the document attached. - SEO - Build pages - Add content - Adjust drop down heading settings - Ensure the site looks good across desktop/tablet/mobile - Reduce margins and make sure site looks consistent - Adapt existing pages to remove content - change permalinks to be the same structure as current site to maintain SEO - Update Google Console - Give advice on best practice - Adding text and imagery which will be supplied. - Moving imagery positioning so it looks good on mobile.
Project will lead to being awarded other websites to deliver on completion.
Must be responsive with providing updates on progress and asking questions.
Attached is an example of the type of thing I can supply for key pages on how I want them to look. Along with a list of some updates being requested as part of the project.
