We are looking for a native Serbian speaker with a good understanding of sports betting websites to support a UX analysis project. You will help us assess the user experience of a leading sports betting site and five key competitors.
The focus will be on reviewing the following user journeys:
Registration and onboarding
Deposit process
Placing a sports bet
You’ll also be asked to evaluate other aspects such as:
Website navigation
Account management sections
Mobile vs desktop UX (if relevant)
We’re looking for someone who can provide clear insights into how intuitive and user-friendly the experiences are from a Serbian user’s perspective.
Requirements:
Native Serbian speaker
Familiarity with sports betting platforms
Basic understanding of UX principles (no formal training required, but helpful)
Ability to capture observations and opinions in a clear and structured way (written English)
Access to a desktop and mobile device for browsing
