I have an Adobe Illustrator image with part layer being a hand holding a smartphone, with glowing dots.
I need the hand and phone part, the butterfly removed, including the glowing dots, to be saved as a separate transparent background PNG with the effects intact, so I can use this separately on whatever background I choose. I beleive the layer I need is using the background to generate some of the effect.
I have included a reference image so you can see what I am describing.
