Interior Designer Wanted – Full-Service Interior Design for Luxury Home in Edgbaston Golf Course Area (Classic English/French Style)
We’re seeking a highly experienced freelance interior designer to lead the full interior design of a large, high-end residential property located within the prestigious Edgbaston Golf Course area (Birmingham).
The home requires a complete interior transformation in a classic English style—elegant, timeless, and luxurious. This is a turnkey project, and we’re looking for a designer who can oversee the entire interior process from concept to final installation, including sourcing and procurement.
Project Scope: -Full interior design of all rooms (entrance, reception rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms, corridors, etc.) -Interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning -Bespoke furniture sourcing or design -Soft furnishings, fabrics, materials, lighting, hardware, art and accessories -Supplier and trade management -Full procurement and ordering on behalf of the client (including deliveries, lead times, and budget tracking)
Requirements: -A strong portfolio of high-end/luxury residential projects -Demonstrable experience sourcing from premium UK and European suppliers -Excellent trade relationships and access to high-quality materials, furnishings, and bespoke pieces -Ability to manage budget, logistics, and procurement seamlessly -UK-based (Midlands, London, or surrounding areas) -Floor Plan and Images of location available
Preferred Aesthetic: -Sophisticated English heritage and countryside style -Use of rich textures, layered lighting, warm neutrals, traditional detailing
