A couple of months ago I placed an advert for an English speaking developer to build an AI, outbound telemarketer.
This project was started & according to the developer it is 95% finished. I have spent a fair bit of time helping the developer & I have spent several hundreds of pounds having a computer built to use as a server. Unfortunately the developer has been ill & he also has some other personal problems. I am looking for someone who can finish off the work urgently as we are behind schedule.
