We are looking for a skilled MDM STIBO Developer or Module Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in MDM projects, including strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for STIBO development and support activities, working closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality MDM solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Work on STIBO STEP implementation and support projects as a Techno-Functional Developer. Develop using STEP JavaScript and manage integrations, workflows, and attribute groups. Collaborate with STIBO architects and business stakeholders to design the data model and Master Data Dictionary (MDD). Provide functional and technical support in domains like Product, Customer, and Supplier. Define and manage test data requirements and support UAT execution. Contribute to STIBO STEP upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance support tasks.

Contribute to STIBO STEP upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance support tasks.
Required Skills: 5+ years of overall MDM experience, with at least 3–4 years in STIBO STEP. Strong knowledge of STEP JavaScript development. Good understanding of Product, Customer, and Supplier master data domains. Experience with STIBO integrations and workflow configurations. Proficiency in test data planning and MDM testing support. Prior experience in STEP implementation projects; support project experience is a plus.
Preferred: Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in large enterprise setups. Exposure to agile delivery and modern DevOps practices in MDM environments.
