Our growing property maintenance and facilities management company has recently developed a mobile application aimed at streamlining maintenance requests and work orders. We are seeking an experienced tele sales representative to promote our new app and services to potential commercial and healthcare clients.
The primary focus of this outbound calling campaign will be general medical practices includings GP surgeries and dental offices. However, the sales representative should also reach out to a variety of commercial sectors such as retail establishments, offices, restaurants and more.
The goal is to educate prospective clients on the benefits of our new mobile app and maintenance services in order to drum up interest. Key features of the app such as real-time booking capabilities, status updates, and reporting dashboards should be highlighted. Testimonials from existing clients demonstrating increased operational efficiency and cost savings may also be shared.
In addition to setting up demonstrations of the app and addressing questions, the tele sales representative will be tasked with qualifying leads and advancing qualified opportunities through to our in-house project managers. Strong communication, presentation and closing skills are a must to effectively convey the value of our offerings over the phone. Relevant work experience in a similar business development or client acquisition role is preferred.
This is a flexible remote position with a competitive commission-based compensation structure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to balance inbound and outbound calls while reliably meeting predetermined activity and conversion goals.
