Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced legal professional or small claims specialist to manage and handle our small claims processes on an ongoing basis. While this project starts with specific small claims cases, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and provide ongoing support as part of a long-term working relationship.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small claims against individuals and businesses – typically relating to unpaid invoices, product disputes, chargebacks, and non-compliant returns. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of UK civil procedure and online claim processes, who can work independently and deliver results.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in small claims court procedures - Strong success rate (please provide specific stats or case examples) - Excellent communication and follow-through - Familiarity with e-commerce or beauty/skincare industries is a plus - Long-term availability for ongoing case work - Preferably legally qualified (solicitor, paralegal, legal exec) but not essential with proven success
