This opportunity seeks a proficient administrative assistant to support operations at a growing website management and consultancy firm. Working three flexible days per week, typically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, the ideal candidate will take ownership of various back-office tasks and website support functions.
Responsibilities include managing general office administration, overseeing the company's task management system (ClickUp), conducting research to optimize cookie settings in the Cookiebot consent platform (Osano), and performing edits/updates on WordPress websites. Testing changes to company websites for quality assurance will also be part of the role.
The assistant will work both independently and collaboratively with team members, while partnering most closely with the Director on strategic and complex projects. A strong working knowledge of ClickUp, WordPress with Elementor page builder, and Osano (osano.com) is preferable, as only moderate onboarding can be provided. The successful applicant must demonstrate understanding of each platform through independent preview and work to improve their knowledge in these platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential to interface with clients and colleagues. Meticulous time-tracking and task management using provided systems is expected. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who exemplifies independence, accountability, and diligence in their work.
