We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their HR career. You will support daily HR operations, help maintain employee records, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding activities for new hires (collect documents, schedule orientations, etc.)
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in databases and files
Help with organizing HR documents and processes (contracts, policies, attendance records)
Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel
Support HR team in planning employee events or trainings
