Project Objective: To visualise the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead purchase (via a third-party lead generator) through to sale closure and installation.
Key Deliverables:
A clear, professional flowchart mapping out each stage of the sales journey
Identification of timelines and key milestones
Departmental responsibility at each stage
Visual indicators of potential weaknesses or friction points in the process
Highlighted areas where prospect dropout commonly occurs
Purpose: This visualisation will be used to review and improve the client’s internal sales workflow, identify inefficiencies, and optimise conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate: You should have experience in sales process mapping, business analysis, or workflow design. Experience working with renewable energy or home improvement clients would be a bonus.
