Your task:
Polish the index entries based on a master reference (29-page author-created index).
Confirm accuracy of each entry and its page number using the manuscript.
Alphabetize and clean inconsistencies (e.g., capitalization, duplicates).
No layout formatting is needed — this is content-level proofreading only.
