We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Property Solicitor based in the United Kingdom to provide expertise in promotion agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of property law and relevant experience in managing complex property transactions. Your legal proficiency will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and safeguarding our interests throughout these dealings.
The following are essential:
1. Understanding of UK property law, especially around development agreements 2. Ability to liaise and work with various stakeholders around the property development process 3. Provide an end-to-end legal service from start to finish
We’re looking for somebody who can draft and submit promotion contracts to landowners (working draft already available), negotiate and liaise with solicitors from the landowner’s side to make sure our interests are protected as well as deal with the conveyancing side of the sale, this includes but not limited to registration of interest on titles, complete due diligence before agreements are signed, deal with title splitting, deal with mortgage lenders & valuations, distribution of funds and enforcement of the contract.
