We seek a skilled artist adept in logo and character design to revitalize the visual representation of our organization. SEND & Sensory provides therapy and support for neurodivergent youth, empowering development through innovative programs. Currently, the logo features a side-view depiction of a girl with a butterfly. We aspire to update this design to more fully encapsulate our mission.
The goals of this rebranding initiative are to render the central figures facing forward to establish greater connectivity with viewers. Soft, expressive features should be incorporated into the girl's portrait to reflect qualities of warmth, empathy and understanding central to our services. In redesigning the butterfly, similar principles of approachability and compassion should guide the artistic vision, as well as facial features. Overall, the redesigned logo must preserve the soothing, child-centered atmosphere crucial to our clients' wellbeing while allowing for optimization across virtual and print platforms.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated talent in creating visually impactful yet delicate illustrations attuned to delicate audiences. Concepts should remain simple in form yet evocative in spirit. Upon project completion, all relevant files will be provided to seamlessly integrate the new identity into current and future applications. Creativity, care, and close alignment with our core values will decide the selected submission.
