Expected duration: 1 - 6 months VC is a fast-growing technology provider helping small businesses modernise their IT systems, migrate to the cloud, and access reliable, ongoing tech support. We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Business Development partner to support our outreach efforts, generate qualified leads, and book discovery calls. Over time, there is potential to grow into a client-facing role and handle closing if a strong fit.
Your Role: • Research and identify ideal small business leads in the UK • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or phone to generate interest • Book meetings and warm up prospects for the founder • Update and manage our CRM (HubSpot) with lead activity • Option to expand into presenting proposals and closing deals
What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in tech or services) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable handling outreach and relationship-building • Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM tools (or quick to learn) • UK-based preferred
