We’re looking for a highly capable automation and outreach specialist to help us scale smart, personalized lead generation campaigns using tools like Clay, Instantly, Loom, and voicemail drop software (DropCowboy, Slybroadcast, or similar).
Your job will be to research, enrich, score, and prepare outreach-ready leads, and then help launch daily email and voicemail campaigns with clean formatting and high deliverability.
This is part of a repeatable system we’ve built, and we’re now looking for the right person to execute and grow with us.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing (per project): • Build Clay tables for specific regions or niches (we provide criteria) • Scrape and enrich contacts (website, LinkedIn, phone, email) • Apply Clay AI logic to: • Score lead quality • Flag local/family-owned/senior-focused traits • Generate short talking points per business • Prepare clean CSVs for Instantly campaigns (merge fields, links, tags) • Set up voicemail drops using tools like DropCowboy or Slybroadcast (we provide scripts/recordings) • Insert Loom or Synthesia video links into outreach sequences • Ensure lists are warm, clean, and fully ready to send at scale
