We’re looking for an organized, people-first individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level HR Coordinator. This is a supportive, hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and data management.
What You'll Do: Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation logistics
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Support employee communications, policy updates, and internal announcements
Help coordinate HR events and training sessions
Track time-off requests, employee changes, and compliance documents
Respond to basic HR questions from employees and direct them to appropriate resources
Help with recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews and posting jobs
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
