Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-driven, fast executor to manage daily social media publishing across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This role supports a global academic media platform and is central to amplifying expert content to top universities and institutions.
Daily Tasks:
8 social media posts/day across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook
16 YouTube Shorts/day created using Pictory (access provided)
All content assets (copy, images, video) provided by us
You will:
Generate and schedule short clips using Pictory
Schedule posts and tag relevant academic handles and institutions (essential)
Work 1 week in advance — schedule content by Saturday evenings
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail — especially with tagging academic handles correctly
Speed and accuracy in using Pictory and scheduling tools
Independence and accountability — hit weekly deadlines without micromanagement
