We operate a 24/7/365 IT support and infrastructure monitoring centre. Our client uses Slack as the primary communication channel for real-time alerts, ticket updates, and change-related communications.
We’re looking for an experienced Slack automation expert to help us integrate Slack into our operational workflow so our team can monitor and respond to alerts within strict SLA response times.

What We Need: 1. Slack Monitoring Setup • Configure visibility of specific Slack channels (e.g. #alerts, #support-updates) • Enable persistent, audible alerts 2. Slack-to-Email Automation • Automatically forward messages from selected channels or based on keywords to an operational email inbox • Include timestamp, sender, and content formatting in the email 3. Optional (nice to have): • Slack-to-SMS or webhook forwarding for high-priority alerts
4. Requirements • Must support 24/7 operation • Provide a basic guide or notes on how to maintain or adapt the solution
