LOOKING FOR UK BASED QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT ONLY.
You should have specialisation in • Both residential and commercial property accounting • Tax structuring, BTL taxation, CT, VAT, SDLT, CGT, to leasing and accounting • Mitigating income tax and capital gains tax liabilities • Tax planning and projections, tax efficient strategies for landlords and property investors • Know -hows of benefits and tax requirements of Holding company structure and other tax efficient models as applicable.
Requirements for the role: 1. File yearly accounts /working on MTD accounting requirements from next year (bookkeeping help not required) 2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
