We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support outreach efforts and screen potential partners for our exclusive luxury watch drops. Your main responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential collaborators (influencers, resellers, affiliates, consignment sellers, hotel concierges, wellness spas, restaurants, private sports clubs, luxury car rentals, art galleries, men's grooming, yacht charters etc.), initiating contact, managing replies, and qualifying leads based on clear criteria.
Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify suitable potential partners in the luxury/lifestyle space - Send personalized outreach messages (DMs, emails, etc.) - Follow up with leads and manage communications - Pre-screen and qualify interested partners - Maintain records of contacts and outcomes in a spreadsheet or CRM
Ideal Candidate: - Strong written English skills - Experience with outreach and lead generation (LinkedIn great - if you have experience with tools like PhantomBuster, even better!) - Organized and proactive communicator - Familiarity with luxury/lifestyle markets is a plus
Available to work 1–2 hours per day (initially), with flexibility to grow
