Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Duration: Ongoing – we’re building a nationwide freelance network Location: UK-Wide (site visits required as per project) Compensation: Pay-per-project (rate to be discussed)
Responsibilities: • Develop and present architectural designs based on client briefs • Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD • Conduct site visits for feasibility assessments and data collection • Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance • Prepare specifications, reports, and client presentations • Refine design concepts in response to client feedback • Apply sustainable design principles where relevant • Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies
Requirements: • Proven experience in the UK as a Part 1 or Part 2 Architect • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage and guide junior team members when needed • Proficiency with AutoCAD (other tools a plus) • Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits)
