About the Role:
As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you’ll deliver professional administrative and personal assistant services to a variety of clients. Tasks may include:
• Diary & Email Management • Booking Travel and Appointments • Document Creation and Formatting • Data Entry and CRM Management • Inbox Organisation and Customer Follow-ups • General Administrative Support
What We’re Looking For:
• Based in the UK (preferred) • Proven experience in admin or PA roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable, responsive, and deadline-driven • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, and similar • Able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently • Access to a secure internet connection and suitable home office setup
