Key Responsibilities: Assist with drafting and posting job openings on internal and external platforms
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Support onboarding logistics for new hires
Help organize career fairs and other recruitment events
