We are looking for a skilled designer to take a 20-page Word document (structured into chapters) and transform it into a professionally designed eBook or white paper using Canva, with a clean, confident aesthetic that appeals to a Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This is a strategic asset for lead generation, so it must look like something produced by a professional digital marketing agency — with a strong front cover, elegant internal layout, and thoughtful attention to branding and content flow.
Key Requirements: Create a fully designed, brand-aligned eBook or white paper using Canva
Use our brand guidelines, fonts, colours, and styling
Design a visually striking cover page suitable for use on a website as a lead magnet image
Format the internal content into clearly defined, well-designed chapters
Ensure consistency in layout, spacing, typography, and image usage
Build the content into a reusable Canva template for future projects
We Will Provide: Brand guidelines (colours, fonts, logo usage)
Our company logo in all required formats
A couple of approved brand images to incorporate
Examples of past collateral and eBooks as visual references for tone and style
The full Word document with all eBook content (20 pages, chapter-based)
Editing & Feedback: We expect 2–3 rounds of feedback and revisions
Feedback will be clear and consolidated each time
Deliverables: Final eBook as a print-ready and web-optimised PDF
Editable Canva source file or template
Thumbnail/cover image separately exported for use in promotional placements
Ideal Freelancer Profile: Proven experience designing white papers or eBooks in Canva
Comfortable working with brand guidelines and professional tone
Understands what appeals visually and structurally to a senior B2B audience
Strong visual layout and design judgement
Timeline: First draft required within 2 working days
Final signed-off version required within 5 working days maximum
Ongoing Opportunity: Once the approved template is created, we will have approximately 4–5 new eBooks per week that need to be formatted using the same layout. Each new eBook will follow the same chapter structure but contain new content tailored to different industry sectors. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can consistently deliver to the same high standard.
