I’m looking for an experienced HubSpot freelancer to support the creation and automation of an email campaign that follows up with visitors who download employment policy templates from my website.
The goal is to engage these users with relevant, helpful content based on the specific template they’ve downloaded, and to encourage further interaction with our services.
Project Scope:
Set up email workflows in HubSpot triggered by template downloads Create tailored follow-up email sequences (tone: professional, warm, and supportive) Ensure email content is relevant to the type of policy downloaded (e.g. maternity policy, hybrid working policy, etc.) Assist with segmentation and tagging if needed Provide guidance on best practices for engagement and deliverability
Deliverables:
Email templates (copy + layout) for each download type Automated workflows configured in HubSpot Optional: performance tracking setup and advice on A/B testing
Ideal Freelancer:
Proven experience building email campaigns in HubSpot Strong email copywriting skills (ideally in the HR or professional services space) Creative thinker with attention to user journey and tone of voice Comfortable collaborating with me to shape the message and structure
