We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Help organize training and development programs.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a human resources role (internships or entry-level positions acceptable).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Organizational and time management skills.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
